Whites:

Chardonnay/Semillon: The ripe melon fruitiness of Semillon blended with crisp, rich Chardonnay, makes this white wine slightly buttery with hints of honey, vanilla and toasted oak.

Brise-de-Mers®: A classic, dry Bordeaux-style wine with soft, smooth flavours, a light body and a subtle earthy and herbal aroma.

California White: This crisp, light and refreshing blend captures the casual mood of a picnic or summer barbecue.

Chamblaise: This easy-drinking, dry wine is typically light-bodied with a soft, fruity aroma.

Reds

Cabernet/Merlot: The great red blend of Bordeaux's finest wines, this softly rounded, medium-bodied red is balanced beautifully between flavours of blackcurrant and cherry, with rich oaken vanilla.

Cabernet/Shiraz: The lean, elegant blackberry/blackcurrant Cabernet ennobles the ripe, heavy fruit of the Shiraz. Rich, without being over-powering, this wine is married to a delicate touch of toasted oak.

Barolo: A full-bodied, deeply-coloured red wine that is rich with the flavours of warm, black fruit and light oak.

Bergamais: A subtlely oaked, fresh, light and fruity red. Best served slightly chilled.

Cabernet Sauvignon: A dry, medium-bodied, rich and intense wine, nicely rounded with oak and cherry-currant flavours.

Valpolicella: A medium-bodied, richly textured Italian-style wine with light oak and a delicate fruit aroma. Particularly good slightly chilled.

Vieux Château du Roi®:s A classic French-style red with lots of body, deep colour, and a warm bouquet of ripe berry fruit. Perfect with game and rich meat dishes.
